adolescente:<\/strong> capacitar o m\u00e9dico para oferecer cuidados abrangentes e continuados que atendam \u00e0s necessidades f\u00edsicas, emocionais e sociais de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes em diferentes est\u00e1gios de desenvolvimento.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Desenvolver compet\u00eancias em diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento:<\/strong> ensinar o m\u00e9dico a diagnosticar e tratar eficazmente uma ampla gama de condi\u00e7\u00f5es pedi\u00e1tricas, utilizando abordagens baseadas em evid\u00eancias e pr\u00e1ticas atualizadas.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Fomentar habilidades de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o emp\u00e1tica:<\/strong> preparar o m\u00e9dico para se comunicar de forma clara e emp\u00e1tica com crian\u00e7as, adolescentes e suas fam\u00edlias, garantindo que todas as partes compreendam o plano de cuidado. Preparar o m\u00e9dico para atuar de forma eficaz em um ambiente em constante transforma\u00e7\u00e3o social, cultural e cient\u00edfica, com habilidade para buscar ativamente novos conhecimentos.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Promover a sa\u00fade e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> capacitar o m\u00e9dico a implementar estrat\u00e9gias de promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as, educando fam\u00edlias e comunidades sobre cuidados preventivos essenciais.
